social media in the fall

video thursday

I find this video very amusing. One of those funny but also sad & true videos. It pokes fun at how people use social media in the fall. Now I know it's not fall anymore, but I forgot I had this video on my "video thursday list" and now here we are in March 2014. Oh well, the concept of the video could apply to any season. Enjoy!

a calendar year

This post was supposed to go up in January, but better late than never right? Anyway, this calendar project was a year in the making, and i'm so excited to share it! This little adventure was inspired by Tyler Oakley's video: How To Fix Your Bad Memory. I love documenting my life and remembering the little things that made me smile so I challenged myself to write down what I did every day for the entire 2013 year in a calendar. Obviously if i just sat at home and did nothing eventful, they day remained blank on the calendar. This was also great motivation to find something good in everyday so I would have something to write down. I'm really happy that I was able to do this and stick it out for the entire year! I love looking back and reading it, so I encourage everyone to try this!
