bridges choice

Being a sophomore in college, it's only natural that I have started to second-guess my chosen major. I decided on Hospitality Business during my senior year of high school before I even applied to college. During the past year and a half, I've been able to really develop and specify my other interests. And now I'm at the point where I need to decide if my new interests are strong enough to become a new major. Oh the stress of being a college student...

One tool that I've found useful during this time is the Bridges Choice Planner. This online test examines your interests, narrows down an interest and career cluster, and then lists jobs that fit your interests. My top interest areas were Artistic, Enterprising, and Social. I was really pleased with the career suggestions because a lot of the jobs were ones that I could see myself doing or had already thought about pursuing. Take the test! Obviously it's not 100% accurate, but it could be interesting to see the results!
